Disappointments

Two days ago I had tried on the Koston dunk lows when I had received them on my own, only to realize that there was extra padding in the ankles of the shoe. This only made it very uncomfortable, I was instantly turned off and have decided not to purchase them.

Secondly, if you have seen my post about the KostonxKrooked deck I had ordered, the distribution did not receive our e-mail meaning: I most likely won't get my board. I'd like to say "whatever it saves me money", but I still have to buy a new board because of razor tail and the plys splitting apart.

Sorry about my whining.

Friday at 10:00 I had been prepared to buy tickets for the Calgary Drake show, considering that my girl could not see the one in Saskatoon due to soccer. I had planned on using two computers, but at around 10:01 both had froze, I spent the next four minutes in panic and frustration. Soon after both ticket master's had been running again. Aashna and I are now going to see Drake live in Calgary.

Saturday Morning

Had an amazing 9:30-1:15 session at Victoria skatepark tonight. Mike and Dallas learning 180's was heat, along with my burnt shoulders...(sigh). And a sidenote, those little 9 year old kids have to stop pedalling through the middle of the park. They are accidents waiting to happen, those 30 year old men were not impressed and showed it through swearing at the children haha.

Readers may ask themself, why are there less posts about upcoming sneakers and fashion. The reason is that, Hypebeast is good at what it does. Me taking information, knowledge and pictures is easily done. This does not mean I won't talk or let you know about pieces that interest me but it does mean I do not plan to talk about each sneaker drop. Hypebeast is doing well of increasing hype of clothing, sneakers and music and I support.

Happy Mother's Day!

Spent my mother's day working all day, coaching soccer and relaxing. My mother actually wasn't in sight today, I spent supper with my brother eating White Cheddar KD. I would like to see my mom, but I have enjoyed talking on the phone with my baby girl and playing Left 4 Dead 2 and having some drinks with the Hello Saskatoon party of three.

Today was a good day.

Spent the evening gaming with the homies and finishing it up with a heart to heart with the heartless (HA). Woke up this morning, where six of us went to New Island for a friends birthday. Skated Victoria where I got comfortable again and tried out the park by Aden Bowman. Holler at me if you ever want to skate!!
